## Inside the search.
Pick a route, a frequent flyer program and a cabin, and see the whole year at once.
1. **You set up the search.** From, To, one frequent flyer program out of 29, and a cabin: Economy, Premium, Business or First. One search is one route, one program and one cabin, and every search counts, including repeats and changing the program on the same route.
2. **The whole year at once.** The dashboard shows every date in the next 12 months with award space on that route, grouped by month. Each date is a tile: the day, with its price in points underneath. Filled mint marks the lowest prices and a dot marks a nonstop option.
3. **The summary on top.** Three cards you read first. Sweet spot is the lowest points price, with its date, Direct or Connecting, the airline and the seats. Most seats is the day with the most award seats. Typical price is the median across the dates found.
4. **Click a date.** It opens the options for that day: the airline with its logo, Direct or Connecting, points per seat, and how many seats are left.

The search uses real award availability, refreshed daily, so it is not live or instant. It does not sell or book flights, it does not show taxes, fees or carrier charges, and it shows one program per search, so it will not compare programs for you.

## How the subscription works
1. **Pick your plan.** High Flyer is billed monthly, High Flyer Elite yearly for less. Payment is by Stripe, and you cancel any time from the dashboard.
2. **Search the dashboard.** Sign in with your email and search any route, in the program and cabin you use. The calendar shows every date with award space and its price in points.
3. **Join our community.** Your number is verified at signup and, after payment, added to the AU Premium alerts group and the High Flyer Chat, where members swap notes.
4. **Be first to know.** A bot posts award space leaving Australian airports twice a day when seats show up, and the team adds hand-picked business and first class deals. We only share the good stuff.
5. **Time to get high!.** Found a seat, in the search or an alert? You book it yourself, directly with the frequent flyer program, using your own points. AwardSpy does not sell flights or points.

AwardSpy is an Australian subscription for people who collect points and want to fly on them. One subscription, two tools: a search in the member dashboard, where you look for award space on any route, program and cabin, and alerts on WhatsApp, where we tell you when business or first class seats open up out of Australia.

### How does the search work?
You choose From, To, one of 29 frequent flyer programs and a cabin. The dashboard shows every date in the next 12 months with award space on that route, grouped by month, with the price in points on each day and the lowest ones marked. Click a date to see the airline, Direct or Connecting, the points per seat and the seats left. The availability is real and refreshed daily.

### How many searches do I get a month, and what counts as one?
You get 10 searches a month, on both plans. One search is one route, one program and one cabin. Every search counts, including repeats and changing the program on the same route. The allowance resets at the start of each month.

### Does the search book the flight or show the price in dollars?
Neither. The search shows the price in points and the seats available. It does not add taxes, fees or carrier charges, and it does not book anything. You book yourself, directly with the frequent flyer program, with your own points.

### Which frequent flyer programs does it cover?
The search covers 29 frequent flyer programs, including Velocity, Qantas FF, KrisFlyer, Flying Blue and Aeroplan. You pick one program per search.

### How do the alerts arrive?
In the AwardSpy WhatsApp Community. You verify your number with a code when you sign up, and after payment you are added to the AU Premium alerts group and the High Flyer Chat. A bot posts award space leaving Australian airports twice a day when seats show up, and the team adds hand-picked business and first class deals. Expect 20+ curated alerts a month.

### What does it cost?
High Flyer is 6.90 AUD a month. High Flyer Elite is 69.00 AUD a year, the same benefits billed once a year at a lower overall price. Payment is by Stripe.

### What is the difference between High Flyer and High Flyer Elite?
The benefits are the same: all the alerts, the High Flyer Chat and 10 searches a month. High Flyer is billed monthly at 6.90 AUD. High Flyer Elite is billed once a year at 69.00 AUD, which costs less over a year.

### Can I cancel any time?
Yes. You cancel any time from the dashboard: Manage subscription opens Stripe's customer portal, where you can also update billing or change plan.

### Does AwardSpy sell flights or points?
No. AwardSpy finds the availability and tells you about it. You do the booking yourself, directly with the frequent flyer program, with your own points.
